Purpose:

The Ethan's Heart Community Baby Shower will provide tangible resources, support, and connection for pregnant women and mothers & fathers of infants experiencing or facing homelessness. Through community collaboration, the event will provide essential baby items, health education, mental health support, and direct referrals to housing and social services — helping families begin their lives with dignity and hope.

Our Story:

The Community Baby Shower was inspired by the loss of Baby Ethan, the son of Pastor George and Tasha Rich, who miscarried in 2014. Though that season brought deep pain, God has used it to birth purpose — turning heartbreak into hope for other mothers. Each event will honor Ethan’s memory by helping pregnant and new moms receive the care, support, and essentials they need for a healthy start.

Registration

• All interested parents must register to be determined eligible.
• Only one (1) registration per family.
• Registration does NOT guarantee access to the event.
• After registering, parent(s) will be contacted the week of the event to confirm eligibility and provide access to event.

Event Objectives:

• Distribute essential baby supplies (diapers, formula, car seats, clothes, etc.) to at least 100 families.
• Provide access to health, nutrition, and early childhood resources through on-site service partners.
• Celebrate and empower mothers through a caring experience that promotes wellness and stability.
